Kathy Hobbs

Kathy has lived in Louisville, KY for over 17 years.  She has been a licensed real estate with RE/MAX for over 13 years.  She sells homes in all areas of Louisville and enjoys working closely with people and getting to know them and their families.  Whether you are relocating in or out of Louisville or you just want a "change of scenery", she would enjoy working with you.  Kathy is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She is a native of Western Kentucky and attended Murray State University.  She is a volunteer in the Jefferson County Public School system and at Middletown United Methodist Church.

Kim Malone

Laura Guess

Laura attended and graduated from both Waggener High School and the University of Louisville with a BA in Communications.  Laura's background includes 15 years in the local healthcare industry, including 5 years in pharmaceutical sales.  She obtained her real estate license in November, 2005 and joined The Robey Malone Farrar Team where she gained valuable knowledge and experience with regards to the ever changing real estate market.  She is an active member of Southeast Christian Church and is very involved in volunteering for various community events involving her family.  Laura is committed to matching buyers and sellers to one another and making each transaction simple and stress-free for her clients.

Tony Goren

Tony Goren has lived in Louisville, KY for more than 40 years, graduating from Waggener High School and then from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Communications.  He brings more than 20 years of experience in small business ownership to the Robey Malone Farrar Team.  Prior to real estate sales, Tony successfully launched and operated several local businesses which were sold and continue to flourish under new ownerships.  During his successful business career, Tony was able to acquire and sell both commercial and residential real estate.  He recognized the relationship between his own business acumen and his ability to negotiate complex real estate transactions, which led him to obtain his real estate license and join the Robey Malone Farrar Team of RE/MAX Associates.  His strong work ethic coupled with a “team player” mentality makes him an asset to both buyers and sellers.  Personally, Tony is married with 2 sons and enjoys traveling, volunteering in the community, and spending time with friends and family.

Nita Crane

Nita has lived in Louisville all  her life.  Nita has a vast knowledge of the city's real estate and a great feel for the community's various neighborhoods and life styles.  She has an extensive background in sales and a dedication for service that assures her clients she is working for them and will achieve great results when helping them sell and buy their homes.  Nita grew up in J-Town and currently lives in Middletown with her husband Mark and 2 boys.  She is very involved in their school activities at Christian Academy of Louisville and has been a member of Southeash Christian Church for over 17 years.

Christina Malone

Christina attended Sacred Heart Academy, The University of Louisville and graduated from Bellarmine College with a Bachelor's degree in Education.  She has had a successful teaching career over the past 10 years.  Christina entered the real estate profession in the Fall of 2005 and has been very involved within the community.  She has a husband, Jeremiah and three loving children.  She is an active member at St. Margaret Mary through the parish and the school athletics.  Real estate has been an empowering and rewarding career choice for her.  Christina's teaching degree provides her the ability to educate her clients on all their real estate needs.  The gained experiences and relationships are life changing.  Christina is honored to represent each and every client.
